Hiring Admin Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant with 3-5 yrs experience. High level of proficiency in Excel and Word is required. Excellent English communication skills. Candidate needs to be punctual, detail oriented, able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.

Working hours 10.30-7pm, Tuesday-Sunday

Compensation  shall be commensurate with experience

Job entails:

  • Managing studio, equipment and supplies
  • Providing assistance to Director
  • Managing vendors and suppliers
  • Handling customer queries, sending messages, emails and making calls
  • Handling day-to-day accounts and petty cash
  • Providing support for events
