5 yrs above | Every Saturday & Sunday 11am – 1pm | Using Lego Education kits students will learn subjects like language, math, science, technology, and engineering more effectively while improving and developing their 21st-century skills, like problem solving, collaboration and communication.

Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM) learning through LEGO

LEGO is naturally engaging to elementary and middle school students. The hands-on solutions ignite children’s natural desire to explore and discover. Students will learn subjects like language, math, science, technology, and engineering more effectively while improving and developing their 21st-century skills, like problem solving, collaboration and communication.

All our sessions use Lego Education kits and curriculum based on international Common Core Standards. We cover the following by age group:

Early Simple Machines
5 yrs+
Students can observe and investigate simple machines. Discover mechanical principles by exploring, investigating, and solving tasks related to mechanical principles as well as learn about energy, balance, buoyancy, and much more.

Simple and Powered Machines
7 yrs+
Students create a broad range of models that cover concepts such as: forces and motion, measuring, energy and structures. Using motors they learn to make build self-propelled machines something that does not get covered under conventional curriculum.

8yrs +

Students learn about and understand renewable energy sources, including: solar energy, wind energy and hydro energy. As well as the functionality and capability of of solar cells, wind turbines and hydro-electric power plants.

Pneumatics
9 yrs+
Students will learn about and understand gas-powered systems. They can investigate the components that comprise the systems, measure pressure in psi and bar, and explore kinetic and potential energy.

Students who are 9-10 yrs and above and are interested in Robotics can opt for the Lego Robotics course.


MEMBERSHIP FEE:
 Rs 2565/month. There are 8 sessions in a month. Each session is of 2 hours each.

TIMING: Ballygunge Centre: Saturdays & Sundays 11am – 1pm. Saltlake Centre: Saturdays 3pm – 5pm & Thursdays 5pm – 7pm.
